The Citizen Emirates fazaa benefits program is exclusively available to UAE citizens. Verification of citizenship status is required during the registration process. Providing false information regarding citizenship status is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
3.1. Registration for the Citizen Emirates fazaa benefits program requires accurate and complete information.
3.2. Each eligible individual may hold only one active membership account.
3.3. Membership cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
3.4. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.
4.1. The discounts and offers provided through the fazaa benefits program are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2. Benefits are only valid at participating venues and merchants.
4.3. Some offers may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and expiration dates as determined by participating merchants.
4.4. Citizen Emirates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any benefit or the entire program at its sole discretion.
5.1. The Citizen Emirates card must be presented at participating venues to avail of fazaa benefits.
5.2. Any attempt to duplicate, forge, or manipulate the card is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5.3. In case of loss or theft of the card, members should notify Citizen Emirates immediately to prevent unauthorized use.
6.1. Citizen Emirates respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.1. Citizen Emirates reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
7.2. Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting our customer service.
8.1. Citizen Emirates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8.2. Citizen Emirates is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by participating merchants.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Citizen Emirates reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
